Andrew Spyker

Andrew Spyker, a seasoned tech leader with a wealth of experience in software engineering and performance optimization, has made a considerable mark in the technology industry. After obtaining his Computer Engineering degree from Penn State University, he joined Centroid Corp, where he worked as a Software Engineer. Throughout his career, Andrew has held various positions, including STSM WebSphere XML Strategist, SOA Runtime Architect, and STSM SOA Runtime Architect, both at IBM.

Moving on, Andrew became a Cloud and Performance Hacker and later a Netflix OpenSource Cloud Prize Winner while working at IBM. After leaving IBM, Andrew joined Netflix, one of the world's premier streaming platforms, as a Senior Software Engineer. From there, he moved on to become Manager, Netflix Container Cloud at Netflix and Manager, Compute Platform at Netflix. Andrew's dedication and expertise led to the creation of Netflix Productivity Engineering, where he is currently the Director of Productivity Engineering at Gemini.
