He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Glasgow Caledonian University.

Throughout his career, Andrew has held various positions ranging from graduate engineer to senior/principal engineer, technical architect, enterprise technical architect, CTO, and founder.

In 2008, he shifted his focus to FinTech, particularly in bleeding-edge technology innovations across mobile, payments, and eCommerce.

Andrew co-founded ClearBank in 2015, the UK's first new clearing bank in over 250 years, where he served as the founder CTO, designing and building the bank's entire technology capabilities.

In 2019, he became a co-founder of RTGS.global, a liquidity network for cross-border trade and transactions.
