Andrew Shuttleworth

Andrew Shuttleworth is currently the Head of Business Development at Obayashi Construction-Tech Lab Singapore, which is also known as Asia Digital Lab.1 In this role, he is responsible for:

1. Commercializing technologies and services developed by the lab
2. Growing the network of strategic partners and relationships

The Asia Digital Lab is the Asian innovation arm of Obayashi Corporation, focusing on finding, developing, and bringing to market technologies in areas such as:

• Building construction
• Civil engineering
• Workplace well-being
• Sustainability
• Carbon reduction
• Clean energy

Prior to his current position, Andrew has held several leadership roles in technology and innovation-focused companies:

• Head of Business Development for JAPAC at Agorize (March 2021 - March 2023)
• Managing Director at Cloud Ace in Singapore (March 2019 - January 2021)
• Executive Briefing Program Manager for South Asia at Apple (July 2017 - October 2018)

Andrew has a diverse educational background, holding a dual degree in Marketing and Japanese Studies.1 He also received a scholarship for a semester of overseas study at Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan.1
