Andrew Schremp is a seasoned entrepreneur, executive, and advisor with an extensive background in creating, building, and operating technology businesses, particularly in regulated industries.

He is highly skilled in product development, strategy formulation, go-to-market strategies, raising capital, M&A, public market advisory, and private equity investing within the software industry.

Andrew led Health Sqyre, a digital health technology platform, from founding to acquisition by VGM Group, Inc., where he revolutionized the medical supply marketplace through innovative insurance and healthcare e-commerce technology.

Prior to founding Health Sqyre, he held leadership roles at Easy Breathe and served as a Partner at Creation Capital Partners, where he managed acquisitions and portfolio company growth.

With a BA in Economics from Amherst College, Andrew is actively involved in coaching youth hockey, running entrepreneurship clubs, and practicing Stoic philosophy.
