• Managed and oversee Direct Response (DR) clients growth in the Entertainment vertical - including Real Money Gaming & Gambling and Streaming Services.
• Expected to grow clients portfolios in the North American market and exceed revenue goals on a
quarterly basis, while providing forecasting consistently.
• Present relevant strategies and product solutions in efforts to increase product growth.
• Develop a strong business acumen on how to manage client's investments on and off the
platform that delivers strong value to their business.
• Work closely with clients to become a trusted partner for difficult and complex strategic obstacles.

Client Solutions Manager - Entertainment

• Reported to Managing Director of Data Strategy and managed 12 direct reports, including Digital Account Managers and Coordinator's.
• Ensured the team provided clients with outstanding client service and guidance on their Digital marketing plans.
• Performance managed and developed internal talent to enable growth and promotion to more senior roles, to enhance their careers.
• Assessed the digital marketing landscape in North America, resulting in communication to team on any new advancements in product offerings, technology, or creative sale solutions.
• Integrated from inception Audio/Podcasts into product offerings and contributed to the financial strategy to increase revenue.
• Developed brand opportunity packages for sales team to bring to market resulting in a strong company presence, meeting client needs and creating a positive financial impact.
