Andrew Rogerson is an experienced Architect renowned for his expertise in historic preservation and adaptive reuse projects. He is a passionate advocate for design as a means of community engagement and is dedicated to implementing solutions that respect the context of a space while meeting the needs of its users.
Andrew completed his High School education at Socastee High School before pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture at Clemson University. He continued his academic journey by earning a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon and furthering his studies in Architecture at the University of Newcastle.
Throughout his career, Andrew has held key positions in prestigious organizations, currently serving as an Architect at GARVIN DESIGN GROUP. Previously, he contributed as a Student Researcher at the University of Oregon and gained valuable experience as an Architectural Intern at Jumper Carter Sease.
Andrew's proficiency lies in managing intricate projects that incorporate various historic preservation incentives, including federal, state, and local Historic Tax Credits (HTCs). His unique skill set allows him to navigate the complexities of such projects effectively, delivering results that are both historically respectful and functionally efficient.
