Andrew Rogers

Andrew Rogers was the Executive Director and EMEA head of business development for the Pricing & Reference Data business at IHS Markit from February 2018 to January 2022.12 He was responsible for product and commercial strategy for the award-winning IHS Markit Pricing and Reference Data business in Europe, as well as global responsibility for the alliance partner strategy across Pricing, Valuations and Reference Data vertical within the Financial Services business.1

Rogers has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.2 His areas of expertise include debt and equity origination, credit derivatives, equity derivatives, stock loan/repo, and change management.1 He frequently speaks at industry conferences, represents IHS Markit in multiple business forums, and interacts with global regulators.1

Prior to joining IHS Markit in 2013, Rogers spent two decades at three of the world's largest investment banks, holding multiple roles within operations and business functions.1 After his time at IHS Markit, he moved on to roles at S&P Global, including Managing Director / VP Business Development, Partnership strategy and execution from September 2022 to March 2024.2

As of February 2025, Rogers is serving as the Principal Owner of Lupo Advisory Services LTD and is a Member of the Board of Advisors at Peer Data.2 He is also the Group CEO of Rogers Family Office since March 2024.2
