Andrew Rachmell, a former flight instructor and regional airline pilot, possesses 25 years of experience in business development, largely concentrated in higher education.

With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University, Andrew currently serves as the Aviation Degree Business Development Specialist at Purdue University Global.

His role involves cultivating partnerships with corporations in the military, aerospace, and aviation sectors, as well as collaborating with educators, administrators, and career counselors in high schools and community colleges offering aviation programs.

Andrew also plays a pivotal role in expanding Purdue Global's network of flight training affiliates nationwide. Besides his professional responsibilities, he actively engages in public speaking engagements at conferences, career events, high schools, and provides consultancy to individuals contemplating career transitions.
