Andrew R Banks has a diverse and accomplished background starting as an actor with The Old Tote Theatre Co and transitioning into movie producing. Drawing from corporate HR training, he excelled in building and growing companies in recruiting, training, and HR outsourcing. In the early 1980s, he co-founded Morgan & Banks, which became a dominant force in recruitment across Australia and Asia.
