Andrew Pace is a seasoned executive with over 26 years of C-level Hospitality experience encompassing various aspects of the industry such as leadership, new hotel development, acquisitions, feasibility analysis, operations, distressed assets management, and contract negotiations.

Andrew Pace is recognized for his expertise as an expert witness in hospitality-related cases and has been involved in numerous distressed hotel situations, including serving as a court-appointed Receiver for properties in various states.

In addition to his extensive experience in the hospitality sector, Andrew Pace is actively engaged in the academic and regulatory realms, serving on the Governor-appointed State Board of Architects in Georgia and holding an Advisory Board position at the Cecil B. Day School of Hospitality at Georgia State University.

Andrew Pace holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Georgia State University and an Executive MBA from Mercer University, where he specialized in International Marketing.
