Andrew Notar Donato is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and Logistics Management. Currently, he serves as a District Manager of Aftersales at General Motors, where he plays a pivotal role in revolutionizing the service lane experience for customers and boosting Genuine GM Parts sales. Andrew's responsibilities include customer retention, driving fixed coverage, growing Fixed Ops Gross profit, warehouse operations management, consulting, and consistent process improvement. Previously, he interned with GM's Wholesale Collision Team, aiding in the development of the Collision Repair Network and contributing significantly to charity through the 'Dunkin’ Directors' event.
