Andrew Medley is a seasoned professional in real estate, specializing in facility and site acquisition for users domestically and internationally.

His expertise includes transaction and portfolio management, lease negotiations, site evaluation, strategic planning, tenant improvement management, economic incentives support, and financial analysis for real estate users.

Mr. Medley is known for his skills in negotiating favorable lease terms and designing innovative strategies to align clients' real estate with their business needs, exceeding client expectations consistently.

With a background that includes representing prominent clients like Koch Industries, Bank of America, Xerox, and WeWork, Andrew has a wealth of experience in the office, industrial, and medical industries.

He entered the real estate realm with The Staubach Company in 2007, which was later acquired by JLL in 2009, where he currently serves as a Managing Director.

Throughout his career, Andrew has received multiple accolades, including JLL's Top Achiever recognition and the prestigious Top Gun status several times.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Mr. Medley is actively involved with Thunderbird Charities, the organization behind the Waste Management Phoenix Open Golf Tournament in Phoenix, Arizona.

Andrew's educational background includes studying Business Administration at the University of Arizona and Marketing at the University of Mississippi - School of Business Administration.
