He currently serves as a Loan Officer at CrossCountry Mortgage, where he strives to ensure that clients get the best seamless and efficient service. Andrew has played an instrumental role in the growth of his company, CrossCountry Mortgage, where he was the first-ever hire, starting from humble beginnings to over 250 locations nationwide.

Andrew is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. With his finance background, he began working in the mortgage banking industry as a loan officer for a national mortgage lender. His role gradually transitioned to sales training and management, leading him to his present position. He also briefly worked in the executive recruiting industry, working hand in hand with Venture Capital, Investment Banking & Fortune 500 companies filling Executive and C Level candidate positions for Power and Renewable Energy companies.
