Andrew MacArthur

Andrew MacArthur is a Partner at Venable LLP, specializing in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, and trade secret cases. He has a strong technical background, having previously developed source code and studied engineering, which he leverages to navigate complex IP litigation effectively. His experience encompasses litigating technologies related to liquid crystal displays, streaming media, telecommunications, and databases.23

MacArthur has represented clients in federal courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC), handling cases from inception through trial and appeal.
