Andrew Leonard

Andrew Leonard is a highly accomplished and qualified professional with over two decades of experience in program design and delivery for human services agencies. He is a certified Project Management Professional and proficient in both Traditional and Agile methodologies, which he employs in non-profit, community, and agency settings. His expertise also extends to Integral Coaching, where he is an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation, delivering leading-edge growth and change for individuals across multiple sectors.

Apart from his passion for human services, Andrew is also a digital media expert, well-versed in e-commerce, WordPress-based client websites design, development, and deployment. He is currently interested in social learning technologies for non-collocated community engagement, making him a force to reckon with in the social media tools, networked collaboration applications, and cloud-based SaaS apps centered around organizational effectiveness and productivity.

Andrew studied Psychology at Carleton University, Project Management at Sheridan College and Recreation and Leisure Services at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. He also holds a Master of Liberal Arts, Extension Studies, field: Psychology from Harvard University. Andrew has worked with several organizations in different capacities over the years, including The Phoenix Loop, Camp Banting, Canadian Mental Health Association, BC Division, Integral Coaching Canada, Supported Ground, Canadian Diabetes Association, and Somerset West Community Health Centre, among others.
