    Andrew Lehner is a seasoned professional with over eight years of experience in retail commercial real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, specializing in anchored shopping center brokerage and restaurant/hospitality transactions.

    Throughout his career, Andrew has represented a diverse range of landlords, including REITs like Prudential Real Estate, American Realty Capital, VEREIT, Inland, Kimco, and Cole Real Estate Investments, as well as Dallas-Fort Worth-based groups such as Oakridge Investments, the MGHerring Group, Transitions Development, and many more.

    Andrew's portfolio includes successful transactions with anchor tenants like Target, TJX, Ross, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, PetSmart, and prominent restaurant tenants such as Darden, Bloomin' Brands, BJ's Brewhouse, and national brands like Chick-Fil-A, In-N-Out Burger, and Starbucks.

    In addition to retail, Andrew has expertise in the hospitality sector, collaborating with hotel developers and brand representatives from Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, and Choice.

    Currently, Andrew leases significant power centers like The Crossroads at Terrell, Terrell Market Center, The Village at Allen, and The Village at Fairview.

    Andrew was part of the UCR team before its merger with CBRE in 2015. Prior to that, he gained valuable experience during his tenure at Princeton Partners Real Estate and City Commercial Realty, both of which are now part of CBRE.

    He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and holds the position of Senior Associate at United Commercial Realty.
