Andrew Kirke

Andrew Kirke is a highly qualified and experienced Partner in the Commercial team at Tughans, a leading commercial law firm in Northern Ireland. Andrew has comprehensive knowledge and expertise in energy and technology law, among other areas, and works with clients across a full range of commercial contract matters. He completed his training contract with another top Belfast firm and subsequently worked offshore as a corporate finance lawyer.

Andrew is a qualified solicitor in NI, England and Wales, and the RoI. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), 1st Class Honours, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies from Queen's University Belfast. With a diverse and dynamic background, Andrew has also been a secondee at SONI Ltd and Lagan Construction Group, and an associate in the Corporate & Commercial Group at Appleby. In addition, he has interned at the Children's Law Centre and worked as a summer intern student at Clyde & Co LLP.
