Andrew Howard is an accomplished Aerospace and Defense industry expert with over a decade of experience under his belt. As the Cognitive Solutions Chief Architect at Perspecta, he leverages his deep knowledge of advanced analytics, emerging technologies, and winning proposal writing to help the company's clients improve their products and services. Andrew also previously served as an advisor to the Chief Scientist at the Office of Naval Research, developing and managing Artificial Intelligence strategies for the Department of the Navy.
