Andrew Hoekstra

Andrew Hoekstra serves as the Director on the Board of Directors at the Michigan Ballet Academy. He is also the Senior Principal Data Scientist at Northrop Grumman, specializing in People Analytics. In addition to his role at the Michigan Ballet Academy, he is the President and Executive Director of Deos Contemporary Ballet, a company he co-founded in 2018. His professional background includes expertise in data science, artificial intelligence, and business model innovation, having previously worked at Bosch on autonomous vehicles and consulting for internal startups.12
