Andrew Hare is the Head of Asia for Aon Inpoint, where he leads Aon's consulting and advisory services dedicated to the Insurance Vertical, assisting (re)insurers in improving performance.

With over 20 years of experience leading global teams, managing strategic clients, and providing tailored solutions across APAC, EMEA, Bermuda, Canada, and the USA, Andrew possesses a wealth of expertise in cultural transformation, client engagement, and growth initiatives.

Andrew has established a vast network of relationships with prominent (re)insurance carriers such as AIG, Allianz, AXA XL, Chubb, and many others, showcasing his ability to forge strategic partnerships and deliver value-added services.

His proven track record includes leading high-performing and diverse teams, specializing in transformation, turnaround, and cultural change management, highlighting his exceptional leadership skills.

Educationally, Andrew holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Management from Oxford Brookes University, as well as qualifications in Business, English, and Geography from Bishop Luffa School in West Sussex, UK.

Throughout his career, Andrew has held key positions at renowned organizations such as Aon, where he currently serves as the Managing Director & Head of Aon Inpoint, Asia. Previously, he held roles like Managing Director & Head of Strategy and Development at Aon Reinsurance Solutions, Asia Pacific, and Director at Aon Inpoint - International, among others.
