With extensive experience spanning over three decades in healthcare, financial services, entertainment, and consulting, Andrew is a trusted business advisor known for leading businesses to achieve significant annual growth.

Andrew's diverse background includes managing IT performance improvement solutions for major companies like CIGNA, WellPoint, and Anthem, as well as overseeing productions at Fiddler's Green Music Amphitheater.

An alumnus of Second City comedy theater, Andrew brings a unique blend of business acumen and humor to his leadership approach, making him adept at engaging with individuals from various backgrounds.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Andrew enjoys reading, playing music, and supporting the Rockies. He holds a BA in Organizational Communications from DePauw University, an Executive MBA from the University of Denver, and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Currently residing in Littleton, Colorado, Andrew shares his life with his wife Megan and their four children.
