With a passion for helping businesses reach their full potential, he founded Tree and Leaf Partners, a search fund aimed at acquiring and running software businesses serving the Education, Healthcare, and Non-Profit sectors.

Andrew is an accomplished international speaker, having shared insights on design, remote team building, and more at prestigious events like the IBM iX Design Festival and EMEA PM Conference.

His expertise spans Customer Experience Strategy, Marketing, Technology Strategy, Program Management, and Software as a Service (SaaS).

Andrew is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), showcasing his commitment to the healthcare industry.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Andrew is an avid adventurer, having conquered the 17,575ft Himalayan peak Gokyo Ri.

His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy, Managing Organizations, and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Arts (MA) in Applied Theology from the University of Chester, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng Hons) in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
