Andrew Fyffe

Andrew Fyffe is currently the Talent Manager and Lead Recruiter at GetGround, a technology company based in London that focuses on asset ownership, particularly in residential property. He has been with GetGround since April 2021, contributing to the company's rapid growth from 20 to over 100 employees within a year and capturing a significant share of the UK market.12

Before joining GetGround, Fyffe held several prominent roles in recruitment and talent management. He was the Global Lead Tech Recruiter at QuantumBlack, where he played a crucial role in scaling the company from 50 to approximately 500 employees in just over three years. His experience also includes leadership hiring at McKinsey & Company, where he was involved in developing the employer brand for Digital McKinsey in the data science space.13

Fyffe holds an MA in Spanish and History from The University of Edinburgh and has completed an online MBA from ThePower Business School. He is multilingual, with proficiency in French, Spanish, and English.12
