Andrew Field

Andrew Field is the founder and former CEO of PFL, a hybrid experience company.1 He cofounded the company in 1996.2 PFL began as the world’s first online commercial printer under the name PrintingForLess.com.1 Field's LinkedIn username is andrewfieldpfl.4

Field's retirement from the CEO position occurred on February 4, and Nick Runyon, the PFL President, took over the role.1 Field remains a member of the board of directors.1

Under Field's leadership, PFL experienced rapid growth and was listed three times on the Inc. 500.1 In 2014, he led PFL to create software products to simplify direct mail.21 The company's software allows brands to use customer data to create personalized direct mail.1 PFL's clients include Medtronic, Zoom, Proofpoint, and Paycor.1

Before PFL, Field worked in investment banking for over 30 years, specializing in venture capital, media corporations, mergers, environmental services, and turnarounds.3 He was also involved with Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City and launched Grace Presbyterian in Silicon Valley.3 He currently serves as the Board Chair at 4 Ranges Community Recreation Center.4
