Andrew Fair

Andrew Fair is an experienced professional in the field of Private Fund Capital Advisory, specializing in buyout, growth equity, and venture capital GPs. Throughout his career, Andrew has held key roles in prestigious organizations. He currently serves as Vice President at Connaught. Previously, he held the position of Vice President at Mercury Capital Advisors. Prior to that, he gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate Investor Relations at One Equity Partners and Phoenix Investment Adviser, LLC, where he also served as an Associate.
