Andrew Fabian is a highly accomplished business executive with a diverse range of experiences in law, finance, and entrepreneurship. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University, followed by a Doctor of Law degree from Fordham University School of Law. Andrew went on to earn a Master of Business Administration with a focus on finance from The Wharton School.

Andrew has held several executive positions throughout his career, which include working as an Investment Banking professional for several top-tier financial institutions such as Credit Suisse, Citi, and Goldman Sachs. He's also served as the Founder & CEO of mibi, Inc. and as an Investor and Advisor to Betcha and IAC. Additionally, he has held roles at GI Energy, SpatiaLight, and Bryan Cave.

Andrew's diverse experiences have helped to cultivate his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, and a range of legal matters. In his previous roles, Andrew's focus has been on serving clients in the technology sector.
