Andrew Estel

Andrew Estel is a well-rounded professional with a diverse range of experience, hailing from an academic background in music and later expanding into the fields of finance, metals, aerospace, and commodity trading. With a Ph.D. in Music Composition from Indiana University Bloomington and an MBA in Finance and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University, he has a breadth of knowledge that allows him to excel in his role as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Analysis at Alcoa. Estel has also served as an Engagement Manager and Consultant within Alcoa's Management Consulting and Strategy (MCS) division, developing a comprehensive understanding of business development and operations. He has also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst Intern at HJ Heinz, a Consultant at Fedmarket, and a Summer Clerk at Jackson Kelly PLLC. Additionally, Estel is familiar with international work, having experience in France, Germany, and Italy. In his spare time, he is an accomplished classical musician, having worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Music at George Washington University and an Instructor of Music Theory and Composition at Ball State University.
