Andrew Eland, a software engineering expert and map enthusiast, has an impressive background in both the academic and professional fields. He achieved his Master of Engineering degree in Software Engineering from the Dyson School of Design Engineering after attending Hymers College in Hull, UK. He has worked as a Software Engineer at Seatbooker and BBC News, an Engineering Director at Google and Health at DeepMind, and is now building Diagonal Works while helping Genomic England as a board member. Andrew's passion for cartography and urban planning is evident through his professional experience at Google Maps and his armchair urban planning interest.
