Additionally, he has held positions like Country Coordinator for the United States during the Southern Sudan Referendum OCV at IOM - UN Migration.
In addition to his work in Libya and Sudan, Andrew Cramer has contributed significantly to various missions and projects worldwide. He has served as a Long Term Election Observer in Afghanistan with Democracy International, a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant in Comoros with the United Nations Peacebuilding Fund, and a Project Manager in Haiti with an NGO. His experience also extends to electoral assistance roles in countries such as Nepal and Timor-Leste, where he worked as a District Electoral Advisor.
Andrew Cramer's career journey has seen him involved in a range of roles that highlight his adaptability and diverse skill set. From serving as a Research Associate at the United Nations Electoral Assistance Division to working as an English Teacher in Ecuador with WorldTeach, he has showcased his commitment to making a positive impact globally.
