Andrew Cole

Andrew Cole is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in human resources management. Andrew studied for his BA at DePauw University and has held key positions in various organizations. Currently, he serves as the Director of Human Resources at Ubiquiti Inc. Before this, Andrew was the Human Resources Manager at Revolution Brewing Chicago. Prior to that, he worked as an Account Manager for Small Groups at Prairie Benefits Network, LLC, and held the position of Operations Manager handling HR, Special Projects, and Payroll at the Democratic National Committee. Andrew also has experience as a Senior HR Manager at Obama for America.
