Andrew Carter is a co-founder of ResilienX, focusing on health and integrity monitoring, fault management, and graceful degradation in complex system of systems. With expertise in System Architecture within the Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) and Detect and Avoid (DAA) domains, he excels in system of systems architecture, safety critical architecture, proposal writing, program management, Software Lifecycle Management, Java, GUI development, and C#.
Mr. Carter holds a BS in Software Engineering from Clarkson University with a GPA of 3.7/4.0. Prior to ResilienX, he served in various roles including Technology Director at CAL Analytics, LLC, Senior System Engineer at Gryphon Sensors, and in multiple capacities at SRC including Program Manager, Software Tech Lead, and Software Engineer. Additionally, he has contributed to the industry as the Architecture Sub-Committee Co-Lead at RTCA Special Committee 228 and as a Research Engineer at Clarkson University.
