CEO, Publicis Communications North America

I joined Publicis when we were an advertising agency hellbent on becoming a global marketing and communications powerhouse. What an incredible ride it has been. Here are some of my stops along the way:

2020-Present: CEO, Publicis Groupe Canada.

Following seven years, based out of NYC and LA, I returned home to be closer to the family. Arthur Sadoun (Publicis Groupe Chairman & CEO) supported my need to be back in Canada and entrusted me with the task to implement our "country model" here. What a privilege it is to oversee our full array of media, creative, PR, data, digital, production and technology practices. 

In addition to my work in Canada, I'm a member of our global management committee and continue to work alongside some incredible US clients.

2016-2019: CEO, Publicis Communications NA.

Overseeing such respected and regarded brands as Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis, Fallon and Hal Riney was a rare privilege. My close involvement on such brands as Walmart, T-Mobile, Cadillac, P&G, Citi Bank, HPE and on, served to reinforce my firm belief in the power of ideas to fuel growth.  

2014-2016: CEO, Publicis Worldwide.

Taking the reins of Publicis in North America stands as one of favourite periods of all time. Based out of NYC, I was charged with building a new leadership team and returning the agency to growth. Together we established a powerful culture and drove exceptional growth.

1999-2013: CEO, Publicis Canada.

This is where my journey with this incredible Groupe began. In 1999 Montreal was a powerhouse and Toronto was a power-out. A small but mighty team took on the challenge of rebuildingToronto, following a botched acquisition. 30 people, losing a boatload of money was transformed to well over  400 and an amazing line up of talent and expertise that serves clients across North America.

Andrew joined TBWA as the head of Agency Development. During his tenure the agency enjoyed significant growth, as did Andrew's responsibilities as he was quickly promoted to the overall leadership of the Toronto office.
