Andrew Billo

Andrew Billo is a seasoned humanitarian and development expert with experience in various international organizations. He holds a Master of International Affairs in Social Policy and Migration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, a Master in Public Policy in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Colorado College.

Billo's professional experience spans multiple organizations including the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the United States Agency for International Development's (USAID) Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA), and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). Throughout his various roles, Billo has gained experience in humanitarian financing and partnerships, policy programs, migration management, and disaster assistance.

Additionally, Billo has previously served in various roles at the Asia Society, including Associate Fellow, Senior Program Officer, and Assistant Director of Policy Programs. He has also worked as a volunteer associate at the United Nations and as a seasonal backcountry guide for Camp Pemi, Wilderness Adventures, and Viamonde.
