Throughout his career, Andrew has held prominent roles in various organizations, including Roche, Common Purpose, The Spring Project, Invensys, AstraZeneca UK, Cable & Wireless Communications, and Standard Chartered Bank. As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Roche, Andrew has spearheaded various recruitment initiatives, ensuring that the company acquires top talent in the industry.

Andrew's passion for developing leadership skills and unlocking the potential of individuals and teams has earned him great recognition in the industry. He co-founded The Spring Project, where he worked to liberate teams and individuals from factors that held them back.
