Throughout his career, Andres has held key roles in reputable organizations. He was Head of Strategy at Carta Liquidity, Head of Business at CartaX, and Director of Product at CartaX while at Carta. Prior to this, he contributed as a Product Manager and Regulatory and Product Counsel at IEX, and also served as a Compliance Analyst. His experience also includes a notable tenure as an Honors Fellow in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
In addition to his corporate roles, Andres has shown entrepreneurial spirit by founding and leading GlobalGroupFund, Inc. He has also worked as an Associate at ABK Venture Group and as a Law Clerk at AIBARA REED LAW GROUP LLC.
