Andres Gil Santa Cruz

Andres Gil is an accomplished professional in the fields of engineering and economics. He obtained his degree in Civil Engineering Electronics from the prestigious Universidad Mayor and later on pursued his Masters in Applied Economics, Public Policy from Georgetown University. He completed his Magister en economia aplicada a las políticas publicas in Economics at the Universidad Alberto Hurtado. He has an extensive work record that highlights his managerial, operational and strategic planning abilities. He worked closely with Ripley Corp, where he took on several leadership roles such as Gerente de Operaciones y Proyectos Estrategicos, Gerente Proyectos Estrategicos, Gerente de Planificacion y Gestion en Ripley.com, and Subgerente Corporativo Gestion y Desarrollo. Andres had been part of Chilean's Ministry of Housing and Urbanism, where his operational skills and leadership training were put to the test, working as the Coordinador Nacional Programa Reconstrucción, Jefe Asesores Subsecretaría, and Encargado nacional del area de desarrollo. He also contributed to various organizations like Un Techo Para Chile as Director Área Regiones and worked as an Ingeniero de desarrollo at ABB SA.
