Meet Andrej Krizan - a seasoned retail professional with over 15 years of international experience in delivering business and P&L improvements. After studying at Obchodni akademie and Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, Andrej started his career at Tesco Stores CR as a Merchandise Manager in the DIY category. He then progressed to Senior Trade and Planning Manager for a variety of categories such as Toys, Sport, Gardening, and more.

Later, Andrej became the Commercial Director for non-food grocery in Central Europe, covering countries such as Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary. He was also the Commercial Director of Integration at Tesco PLC, where he developed and executed strategies for business improvement.

Currently, Andrej is the Chief Commercial Officer Slovakia and Executive Member of the Board at Dr. Max Pharmacy Chain. In this role, he is responsible for advising the company on the commercial aspects of their business and ensuring sustainable P&L improvement.
