Andrei Zlatov is a seasoned professional with a strong background in micro- and nanofabrication processes, particularly in the development and implementation of fabrication processes and characterization methods for optical components. From lithography to nanoimprint and deposition fabrication processes, Zlatov has a wealth of experience in various equipment for testing optical components, which has helped him acquire excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
