Andrei Zlatov

Andrei Zlatov is a seasoned professional with a strong background in micro- and nanofabrication processes, particularly in the development and implementation of fabrication processes and characterization methods for optical components. From lithography to nanoimprint and deposition fabrication processes, Zlatov has a wealth of experience in various equipment for testing optical components, which has helped him acquire excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.

His expertise in Diffractive and Holographic Optical Elements and their application in AR/MR reality tasks has seen him lead manufacturing teams in the successful implementation of new nanofabrication processes while developing and implementing new and improved existing processes. He has worked with optic production, increasing quantity, quality, and yield yearly through his leadership in key metrics of manufacturing.

With a PhD in Optics/Optical Sciences from ITMO University, Zlatov is a published author with an impressive list of over 18 reviewed scientific articles and presentations in various international conferences. His educational background includes a Master's degree in Optics, Photonics, and Optoinformatics from National Research University ITMO and Business/Commerce Startup studies from US MAC & Global Innovation Access center.
