Andrei Tkatchenko

Andrei Tkatchenko is an accomplished professional in the fields of systems genetics, pharmacogenomics, and antimyopia drug development.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biology from Engelhardt Institute of Molecular Biology, Russian Academy of Sciences, a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Medicine from Russian National Research Medical University, and a Master of Science (MS) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology also from Russian National Research Medical University.

Andrei Tkatchenko currently serves as an Associate Professor at Columbia University in the City of New York. Previously, he has held roles as the Founder, President, and Interim CEO at Dioptragen Therapeutics, Assistant Professor at both Columbia University and Wayne State University, Research Fellow at Harvard University, Instructor at Medical University of South Carolina, Visiting Research Scientist at Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale (INSERM), Senior Research Fellow at Institute of Gene Biology, Russian Academy of Sciences, and Research Fellow at Engelhardt Institute of Molecular Biology, Russian Academy of Sciences.
