He began his career as a Human Resources Assistant at Nokia Romania before moving on to work for other organizations such as Tenaris, Open Society Foundations, and Bombardier. Muresan gained extensive experience as a talent attraction and development analyst before joining TransferWise as a Senior Technical Recruiter. He then went on to become the company's Head of Technical Recruitment before assuming the role of Head of Recruitment at Shapr3D. He currently serves as the Head of People at Shapr3D, where he strives to create a scalable hiring process, provide an enviable candidate experience, and grow and scale up teams.
