Andrei Dudoiu is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in banking and a strong background in finance, business administration, and executive management.

In 2018, Andrei embarked on a new journey as an entrepreneur, co-founding Human Finance, a platform that developed digital tools for entrepreneurs and an investment readiness rating system for early-stage startups.

In 2019, Andrei launched SeedBlink, the first equity crowd-investing platform in his region, focusing on tech startups and creating a vibrant business ecosystem in Europe.

Andrei Dudoiu holds a diverse educational background, including studies in Mathematics, Physics, Executive Development Programmes, Business Administration, and Finance from reputed institutions such as The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and ASEBUSS Business School.

As the Managing Partner and President of the Board of Directors at SeedBlink, Andrei oversees strategic decisions and drives the platform's growth.

His previous roles include being the CEO & President of Directorate at Volksbank Romania, Deputy CEO at Banca Transilvania, and leadership positions in various banking institutions like ABN AMRO Bank Romania and BRD.
