Andreas Vogiatzakis ~ The Self-Awareness Leadership Coach
Andreas Vogiatzakis is a game changer, HRDF certified trainer, TEDx speaker, and CEO with extensive experience in the media, advertising, and marketing industries. Born and raised in rural Crete, Greece, Andreas quit his prestigious Mathematics University of Athens to pursue his passion for Advertising, Marketing, and Media. He is a multiple award-winning marketing maverick who has built and managed media agencies for Publicis, Omnicom, WPP, and Havas, leading them to flagship positions in their respective markets. Andreas is the former Group CEO of Star Media Group Berhad, Chief Executive Officer Malaysia of Havas Media Group, Chief Executive Officer Malaysia of Omnicom Media Group, and Managing Director of Starcom MediaVest Group in Japan. He has also served in numerous industry associations, university and industry advisory boards and committees, and awards juries such as Asia Pacific Media Forum (APMF), Digital Summit Asia, Campaign Media 360 & Ad:tech ASEAN.
Since 1997 in Asia, Andreas has successfully navigated companies through two recessions, a global monetary crisis, and two global pandemics. In August 2020, he launched AMVPLUS ADVISORY, specializing in Coaching, Training, and Consulting, bringing extensive experience in critical areas such as People Development & Business Growth, Purpose Creation & Leadership Coaching, Organizational Structure & Transformation, Vision/Mission & Culture Creation, New Business Acquisition & Client Retention, Marketing, Advertising & Media Strategy, Corporate Strategy & Brand Building.
Andreas has also been inducted into the YPO Malaysian Chapter in 2008 and the International Who’s Who of Professionals in 2009. He is the recipient of the Achievers & Leaders Award in 2012 and the Global Brand Leadership Award at the World Brand Congress of 2014. In 2017, he was selected as one of the 100 most influential Digital Leaders in APAC and was appointed as an Industry Adjunct Faculty Member of INTI University & Colleges.
