Technical Responsibilities:
As requested, communicate with all faculty and staff at TASOK
Receive and distribute hard copy mail delivered by the US Embassy from their diplomatic mail service
Responsible for the organization and maintenance of the TASOK faculty mailboxes

Supply closet in Admin Building and other business duties:
Responsible for the system requests by faculty and support staff of goods in the Supply closet
Collects and fills all requests

Responsibilities to Superintendent and Principal:
Make appointments with perfect accuracy as needed and requested using the Gmail electronic calendar
Support administrators with all logistics for meetings and special events
Provide logistical support for monthly Board of Directors Meetings, and as needed for Board Committee Meetings
Assist the Director with New Faculty Orientation
As requested, assist with translation during parents' meetings

School Event Planning and Logistics:
Work with TASOK admin and faculty using the Facilities Form to plan and implement major and smaller events at TASOK. This includes a final, thorough check of preparations right before each event and voucher preparation.
Cooperates with the Admin Building Atelier worker to maintain an accurate inventory of the drinks supply and orders replacements as needed well in advance of the need
Assist admin and faculty with ordering refreshments for TASOK events
Maintain updated contact lists of food suppliers, caterers, and restaurants

Substitute Teachers/Faculty Absences:
Maintain accurate, easily accessible records of all teacher absences
Keep the list of substitute teachers up to date

Other:
Assist faculty with communication and/or translation with their maids and gardeners
Covering the receptionist's duties every morning from 7:00 am to 10:00 am
Make phone calls as instructed by the Director, Principal, or Senior Administrative Assistant

Provides passenger assistance at the ticket counter and gate areas by issuing tickets, checking baggage and assigning seats.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assists passengers with check-in procedures, including tagging baggage and issuing boarding passes.
- Sells tickets, processes ticket changes, creates and books reservations.
- Ensures FAA, Company and airport regulations are followed.
- Enforces safety/security measures and protects sensitive zones.
- Facilitates the passenger boarding process.
- As directed, implements standard procedures during overbooked, irregular flights and denied
    boarding situations. Solicits volunteers to free up seats, re-accommodates passengers by
    booking alternative flights and provides travel vouchers.
- Logs in tickets and completes sales reports
- Performs other related duties as required.

Usually worked at the help desk for customer services twice a week, and for the rest of the week I was in the work lab: Ghosting PCs, assembling and dissembling CPUs, and taking care of work orders around campus. Biggest projects were; set up from scratch a media computer lab including programming the work stations and installing diffident software on to them & update the whole campus from Windows XP to Windows 7 which took us about three months to complete.
