Andreas Kelz, PhD.

Andreas Kelz is an experienced entrepreneur, advisor, mentor, and non-executive board member with over 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, product, and innovation development in FMCG, entertainment, and family-owned industries. He has a Master of Business Administration and Ph.D. in Business Management and Marketing from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and a certificate in Digital Strategies for Future Business from EMERITUS Institute of Management and Columbia Business School.

Kelz is the founder of THE DIGITAL CODE, a boutique advisory firm affiliated with an international network of independent professionals from Barcelona, Stockholm, and Los Angeles, offering consulting services to leaders and their businesses in times of fast change. He has worked on major successful projects like the creation of a Fragrance Innovation Strategy, a Pan European defensible Trading / Pricing Concept, ECR and Sales organization concepts, Brand and Product Program initiatives, and the set-up of the Digital and Streaming business for movies and TV series in GSA.

Before starting THE DIGITAL CODE, Kelz held various leadership positions at blue-chip FMCG and Media companies, including Vice President & Managing Director Germany, Austria, Switzerland & Nordic Markets at Paramount Pictures a Viacom Company, General Manager VCL Film & Medien AG at VCL Film & Medien AG, General Manager Allied Domeq Spirits & Wine at Jim Beam (AlliedDomecq Spirits Wine), and Marketing Director, General Manager Coty / Lancaster Cosmetics at Coty Inc. He also serves as a Professor of General Business Studies at IUBH Internationale Hochschule and is the author of the book 'World Brands – Why and How'? In his free time, Kelz coaches and trains future leaders.
