Andrea Teti
Associate Professor of International Relations
Andrea Teti is an expert in Democracy & Authoritarianism in the Middle East, European Neighbourhood Policy, Democracy Assistance programmes, and Middle East politics. He holds a PhD in International Relations with a focus on Middle East Politics and an MA (Hons) in Economics and International Relations from the University of St. Andrews.
Currently, Andrea Teti serves as a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) at the University of Aberdeen. He has a rich academic background having served in various roles in prestigious institutions worldwide. Andrea was the Co-founder & Administrator of the Critical Middle East Studies Facebook Group, a Senior Fellow at the European Centre for International Affairs, Co-Director of the Critical Middle East Studies Network at the British Society for Middle East Studies, and a Visiting Professor at both Università degli Studi di Cagliari and the University of Ghent.
