Andrea Sismonda

Andrea Sismonda is a seasoned Strategy Consultant with a strong background in Investment Banking and eCommerce. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin specializing in Materials Engineering.

Andrea's expertise lies in Commercial Due Diligence and he has successfully led over 15 high-impact projects in Sales Growth and Strategy & Operations across various industries including retail, TMT, financial services, industrial manufacturing, and F&B. His advisory experience spans the capital structure from LBOs to early-stage VC investments, covering seed to series A.

Prior to his current role at Leaped Performance, Andrea held key positions such as Co-Founder & Head of Sales at UAfjord, Co-Founder & Head of Product at Leap'd, M&A Investment Banking Associate at Morgan Stanley, and R&D & Operations Project Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.
