Andrea Simon is the founder of bbg, a venture currently in stealth mode since March 2023. She is also the co-owner and Chief Creative Officer of Art Bird, a quick-service restaurant located in New York City's Grand Central Terminal, which she operates in collaboration with Lady Gaga's family.
