Andrea Reynolds is a highly experienced Fellow Chartered Accountant with a background in leading organizations like KPMG and Berkshire Hathaway European Insurance.

With a rich history in financial services and aviation sectors, Andrea has transitioned from big corporations to SMEs, bringing innovative solutions and best practices to various businesses.

Having worked with numerous SMEs over the last ten years, Andrea has successfully facilitated over £180m in closed finance deals, showcasing her expertise in fundraising.

To scale her experience and streamline the process, Andrea has launched an online platform called Swoop, which combines advanced technology with expert knowledge to connect small and medium businesses with appropriate finance options like loans, equity, and grants.

Andrea's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from University College Dublin and a qualification as a Fellow Chartered Accountant from KPMG Ireland.

In addition to her current role as the Founder and CEO of Swoop, Andrea has held positions such as Non-Executive Director at Berkshire Hathaway European Insurance, Founding Partner at Re.fresch, Principal at ARC Consultancy, Management Consultant at KPMG London, and Auditor at KPMG Dublin.
