Andrea Quintanilla is the Executive Director of TEDxTukuyWomen, an event focused on amplifying women's voices and addressing critical issues related to gender, equity, and diversity. Under her leadership, TEDxTukuyWomen has grown significantly since its inception, with the upcoming eighth edition set to be the largest yet, accommodating over 1,000 attendees at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) on April 20, 2024.1
Quintanilla is also involved in coaching speakers for various TEDx events, including TEDxTukuy and TEDxYouth@Tukuy, and has a background in law, being an alumna of PUCP.12 Her work aims to create an inclusive platform for dialogue and expression, challenging societal stereotypes and promoting equality.1
