Andrea Oleniczak

Andrea Oleniczak is an accomplished individual with a strong educational background in Fine Arts.

She pursued her Master of Fine Arts - MFA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, her Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA with a specialization in Glass from the College for Creative Studies, and further education at Grand Valley State University.

Andrea has held significant roles in various organizations, showcasing her expertise and leadership skills.

She currently serves as the Design Innovation Hub & Ecosystem Manager at Kent State University, overseeing innovative design projects and fostering a creative environment.

Previously, Andrea worked as the Graduate Student Staff & Laser Manager at the Grainger Engineering Design Innovation Lab at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was involved in advanced design projects.

Her experience also includes serving as the Fab Lab Director at the Hanson Technology Center at Lake Michigan College, managing fabrication facilities and promoting technological innovation.

In addition, Andrea has worked as a Consultant & Facilities Operations Manager at TechShop - Ateliers Leroy Merlin, contributing her expertise in operations management.

She has also held positions such as Product Development, Studio Technician & Gaffer at Niche Modern, Operations Manager, Prototyping & Technical Consultant at TechShop, Inc., and Glass Studio Coordinator & Technician at the Ox-Bow School of Art and Artists' Residency.
